I am writing this letter to complain about the visual pollution since it seriously affects the

visualization of the landscape, there are many advertisements, electric lights, antennas, 

poles and even garbage thrown in Toluca.

The origins of visual pollution are from the high number of publicity advices, buildings that affect nature, the excess of the consumism par society. The actions that have been implemented were: Don´t put garbage in public places, create rules to control the pollution, keep the green places clean.

I would like to say that we can eradicate this problem by implementing environmental policies that help regulate the number of advertisements.
